Letter from the Managing Director
Along with the worldwide community, we at Cliff House have been keenly monitoring the situation with the COVID-19 virus. This is an unprecedented time in history that leaves us all with great uncertainty. One thing that is certain: the team at Cliff House will continue to strive at all times to do what’s in the best interest of our guests, customers and team. The health, safety, and security of our visitors and employees have always been, and will continue to be, our highest priority. This means taking action to ensure we meet this objective.
In an effort to participate with the global community to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we are pausing all operations at Cliff House from Thursday March 19 through April 5, 2020. At this time, we plan to accept new reservations for arrivals beginning on Monday April 6, 2020 and beyond, and we will continue to assess the situation daily should there be a need to adjust this timeline.
Our reservations team is available to assist with changes should your travel plans require alterations due to this unforeseen circumstance. Our approach is to be transparent and helpful with our communication.
Cliff House cares for all those who have been affected by this global event and as a community share in the desire towards an improved travel environment.
Please visit our webcam and enjoy a glance without leaving the comfort of your home, if only for that moment, until we meet again.
Live well and stay healthy,
Nancy J. White
