Check-in/Checkout

We invite guests to check in any time after 4:00 pm on day of arrival; the checkout time is before 11:00 am on day of departure. Should you arrive early, store your luggage with our bellman and enjoy the oceanfront Maine resort until your room is ready.

Guests must be 21 years of age, unless accompanied by an adult, to check into the resort.

Parking

We do have ample parking. You have the option of self-parking which is free of charge, or a valet parking service which is $18 per night per vehicle.

Resort Fee

Cliff House Maine offers a comprehensive selection of luxury inclusive benefits through a daily fee of just $28 per room, per night. This fee provides relaxing turndown service every evening upon request, fresh coffee, choice of daily newspapers, 24-hour access to the extensive fitness center, easy-access Wi-Fi throughout the resort, daily self-parking, along with enjoying the beautifully manicured lawns, pathways and gardens located throughout our 70-acre resort. Add to this indoor year-round pool, year-round outdoor heated hot tub, outdoor resort pool (ages 13+ June 28 – September 1 ), outdoor family pool (all ages), seasonal live music and access to three fire pits with stunning views overlooking the crashing waves below.

Cancellations

Reservations cancelled fewer than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room charge.

Payment

An authorization will be placed on your credit card for the full value of your room and tax charge plus incidentals upon arrival. Guests must have valid identification to check in. Guests may choose to settle their charges in cash upon departure.

Pets

Cliff House does not allow pets. We're more human friendly. Our concierge team can suggest nearby pet care.

Outdoor Pools

Cliff House offers two outdoor pools for resort guests only. The two outdoor pools available to you during your stay include the resort pool (ages 13+) and a family pool (all ages).
